Where can I find directions to the Ambulatory Care Center?
We are located at 1133 E. Chestnut Ave., Vineland, NJ 08360-5001. For additional questions, call us at 865-507-0800.
What are the hours of operation for the Ambulatory Care Center?
Our clinical hours of operation are 7:00 am – 3:30 p.m.
Will I be able to drive myself home after surgery?
No. You must have a responsible adult take you home after any procedure requiring sedation or anesthesia. You will also need someone to assist you at home. This is for your safety. Uber or taxi drivers are not a responsible drive home, therefore they are not permitted.
When will I be able to go home?
Everyone reacts differently to surgery and anesthesia, therefore recovery times are dependent upon each patient. When you are awake, doing well and feel ready to go home, your nurse will review your post-operative instructions with your responsible party and discharge you. If you receive anesthesia or sedation, you will need to have a responsible adult with you for the first 24 hours to help you with your care.
What should I wear the day of my procedure?
You will be provided a surgical gown during your procedure. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and comfortable walking shoes. Leave all jewelry and valuables at home. Please keep in mind what procedure is being performed and bring clothes that are appropriate for your return home. Be sure to wear something that will easily accommodate a bandage, cast or other type of dressing at your surgical site.
Will friends and family be permitted to leave the building while I am in surgery?
Yes, cell phone numbers are requested as a point of contact for the party providing transportation. However, the parents of minors are asked to remain in the building.
Is food and drink available in the building?

Will I have the chance to meet with the anesthesiologist prior to my surgery?
